Ms. Masmina Sirleaf
Ms. Masmina Sirleaf is a health administration professional with over 20 years’ experience in varied administrative leadership positions. She previously served as manager for an ophthalmology practice in the USVI, Assistant Director of Operations for the University of South Florida Pediatric Multi-specialty clinics in Tampa and St. Petersburg, FL and Ebola Response coordinator for Americares in Liberia during the peak of the 2014/15 epidemic.
Ms. Sirleaf is the owner and director of Snapper Hill Clinic, a primary care outpatient facility located in Central Monrovia. She holds an undergraduate degree in biology from Monmouth College and a masters in Health administration from the university of south Florida. She serves as Board Treasurer for the Healthcare Federation of Liberia and also serves as Executive Director of HEARTT a nonprofit organization supporting health systems strengthening in Liberia.
HFL Roles & Responsibilities
- General financial oversight.
- Financial planning and budgeting for federation activities.
- Banking, bookkeeping, and record keeping.
- Present at each board meetings and general meetings a financial report.
- Maintain the financial records of the federation.
- Receive funds and disburse them as requested and approved by the board.
- Project the financial growth and other significant financial developments (to be presented at the annual meeting).
